Your choice of toppings are the delicious Burren Smokehouse Organic Salmon or our locally sourced honey glazed ham, all crowned with a generous drizzle of hollandaise Sauce. Among the other breakfast dishes is of course the classic signature dish The Bedford Limerick Breakfast – complete with Rigney’s free range sausage, streaky bacon , Croom free range eggs , gourmet mushrooms all served with our delicious homemade tomato relish and sourdough bread. We have taken steps at The Bedford Restaurant to ensure we are looking after both our customers and the environment. All our cups and takeaway packaging in The Bedford Restaurant are fully compostable. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure packaging is kept to a minimum and is either recyclable or compostable where possible.
Did you know that Bedford House dates back to 1830? A little reminder of this is on display in our Restaurant with the original stone wall of The Bedford exposed. Ask our Team about the clothes making history of Bedford House and learn a bit of Limerick History as you enjoy your meal. We have blended old and new together in The Bedford and the classic/contemporary style created by the talented Tullio Orlandi shows how old and new can co-exist so beautifully!
