Our beautiful property houses three type of rooms – Chic, Elegant and Suite. Each of our 12 rooms have been beautifully designed by Tullio Orlandi and have their own individual rooms names after Limerick traditions and landmarks. All our rooms sleep up to two people. The Bedford Townhouse is located on a pedestrianised street in the heart of Limerick City. The nearest carpark to The Bedford is QPark on Harvey’s Quay which is located just across the street from The Bedford here. The Bedford has a preferred 24-hour rate with Q-Park of €11. You can avail of this rate by obtaining a voucher from reception on checkout. QPark also offers a €8 overnight rate between 7pm and 8am. When you exit the carpark by foot you will exit on to Henry Street and The Bedford is located just across the street on Bedford Row.
Our check in time is 3pm. Arriving early? Please let us know and we’ll see what we can do. Guests can always avail of our luggage drop off at Reception at any time before check in.
Arriving late? Our reception is open from 7.30am – 6pm where you can speak with our friendly Reception team. Arriving after 6pm or just want to head straight to your room? No problem, you can easily access the Townhouse and your room with your very own smartphone using the JustIN app: Apple / Android. Alternatively we can also provide you with pin access. Please just let us know in advance of your arrival if you wish to avail of mobile/pin access.
The Bedford has some surprising amenities such as The Parlour Room hideaway, a gym and steamroom, and rooftop garden to unwind. After a restful night’s sleep, guests can wake up to a delicious breakfast in The Bedford Restaurant before exploring the many sights & attractions that Limerick has to offer.
The Bedford Restaurant is the perfect destination for Brunch or Lunch. Enjoy our locally sourced menu with a wonderful selectin of freshly made dishes including homemade artisan breads, pizzas and pasta. All served with a warm Limerick welcome.
Our check out time is 11am Monday-Friday and 12pm Saturday-Sunday and bank holidays so that you can enjoy your weekend lie in.
Flexible Rates – A credit card is required to secure the booking with free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Rates quoted are total rates for length of stay and include all taxes and charges. Full payment is then taken 24 hours prior to arrival. If you wish to use a different card for payment just contact our Reservations Team (book@thebedford.ie) in advance.

Early Bird Rates – These rates are non refundable/non changeable but guests do receive a discount on these rates as they are advance purchase. Only select these rates if your plans are set in stone.
All rooms at The Bedford sleep a maximum of two adults only so it is not possible to provide extra beds.
Due to the intimate size and space of the Townhouse we do not accept hen/stag bookings at The Bedford. We don’t want to curb anyone’s fun but we do have a quiet policy after 11pm out of respect to all our guests.
The Bedford Townhouse is a boutique property which caters for Adults only and is not suitable for children or infants. All guests at The Bedford must be over 18 years of age.
Yes of course! We will be happy to keep your luggage for you at The Bedford up to 6pm on the day of your departure.
