This information is required to process, book and complete your reservation (including the sending of a confirmation email of the booking to you).

This information is required to process, book and complete your reservation (including the sending of a confirmation email of the booking to you). Newsletters and other information: If you wish to subscribe for our newsletter or wish to receive promotional communications or other information from us (in respect of our products or promotions), you have the ability to provide your consent for these communications. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and other promotional communications, you can simply click on the unsubscribe link.
Visitor’s registration, log in and use of “cookies” and web beacons: For (improvement of) our service and product, we use (temporary and persistent) cookies, authorised third parties cookies, web beacons and/or other technologies to collect non-personally identifiable data such as IP address, browser type and Internet Service Provider (ISP) and (for users of our service through a mobile device) Unique Device Identifier, Operating System and Latitude/Longitude (the “Non-PII”). For the purpose of these requests, you must provide the following documents to verify your identity:
– A copy of your passport or National ID
If you are requesting information on behalf of a third party – you will need to provide a signed authority from the third party who data you request on their behalf.
Upon receipt of your request, and within one month of receipt, we will inform you about the type of personal information we hold about you, the purpose for which we hold it and the possible recipients or types of recipients, as well as a copy of such data.
If your personal data is incorrect, we will change it upon your request. You can also ask The Bedford to remove your personal data from its database by sending us an email to the aforementioned email address.
When does The Bedford send you emails?
After you have made a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information about your reservation. Shortly prior to your arrival date we will send you an email confirming your upcoming reservation and may provide certain information and offers (including third party offers to the extent that you have actively opted in for this information) relevant to your booking and destination. Furthermore, after your stay at The Bedford, we will send you the guest review survey, which we appreciate to be filled in by you. Your completed guest review form may be uploaded onto and used on our website and on such other platforms and social media (wholly or partly) owned, controlled, managed or hosted by us or our trusted business partners for the sole purpose of informing (future) customers of your opinion of the service (level) and quality of The Bedford. To the extent that you have provided consent (per above) you may receive our newsletter or other information from time to time.
